Gold Warranty terms

• All ranges of UPS are covered by a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase, while the batteries are covered by a warranty of 12 months, as long as the form of Gold Warranty has been sent properly completed and signed (stub B) within 10 days from date of purchase with a copy of the invoice market.
• In any other case the start of product warranty is calculated from the sale date of our company.
• In case of damage the customer must send fully completed the original RMA form listing all the necessary information. Then our technician will contact him in order to repair the damage if possible .
• In case of failure to restore the problem, the customer should send the clip A of the warranty, the purchase invoice of the product and the RMA form indicating that he accepts the terms listed in it.
• Then, the company will proceed on a temporary or permanent replacement of the defective product according to the terms below. In any case, the duration of the warranty is not extended .
• α) As long as the purchase of the product has been made in the last 6 months, our company proceeds to replace it with a new one. β) Since the market has been made before the last semester, the product is replaced with a new or a repaired one.
• If your product belongs to cases A and B , as described above , our company sends a new or a repaired one product with an INVOICE-DISPATCH, identical and similar to the one that has the technical problem .
• The customer is obliged within 10 days to send to our company door-to-door the damaged product using the packaging in which you received the products when we sent them.
• In case the product is not damaged or the failure comes solely by the fault of the customer, the product is repaired at the expense of the customer and then it is returned while returning the ups that had been sent to replace the damaged one and he is charged with the total costs of transportation and shipping.
• If not sent within the specified period the damaged product will not be received and the above mentioned do not apply.
• The total transportation costs to and from our company are charging our company with the exception of the term 9.
