Warranty terms

• All ranges of UPS are covered by a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase, while the batteries are covered by a warranty of 12 months, as long as the form of Gold Warranty has been sent properly completed and signed (stub B) within 10 days from date of purchase with a copy of the invoice market.
• In any other case the start of the product warranty is calculated from the date of sale of our company.
• In case of damage the customer should send initially completed the RMA form completing all the details required. Then our technician will contact him in order to repair the damage if possible.
• In case of failure to repair the damage, the customer should send the coupon A of the warranty, the invoice of purchase and the RMA form indicating acceptance of the terms mentioned in this.
• Our company will repair the product within 10 working days from the date of receipt and will send it back to the customer.
• In case of failure to repair within the above time limit, the product will be replaced with another one of the same type or similar to this one.
• In case of replacement, the warranty does not extend.
• The total of transportation costs from and to our company are charged to the customer.
